“Nations´ Restaurant”
The audience can experience the atmosphere of the competition
live at the “Nations´ Restaurant”.
Daily the perfectly harmonizing national teams are preparing
their menus for the competition in so called glass kitchens,
closely watched by the international jury. The jury
assesses technical skills, creative recipes, artful
presentation and taste. Enthusiastic visitors crowd
the “Nations´ Restaurant”, where the
competition menus are served from noon on.

The Cold Platters Show
A wealth of overwhelming presentations expects the visitor
on artfully draped tables and invites you to marvel and talk
shop.  The
national and regional teams, the military cook teams and the
numerous individual exhibitors compete in this discipline
against each other. All night they work in the kitchens, so
that they can arrange their presentations, plates with appetizers,
main courses, complete menus, desserts, chocolates, cookies,
pies and cakes in the exhibition hall early in the morning.
Imagination and perfection go hand in hand at the Cold Platters
Show.
