The Confectioners´ Competition

dreams come true at the Confectioners´ Competition.
Following the great response to the first Confectioners´
Competition at the Culinary Olympics 2000, a meeting
of the best teams is again planned for the IKA 2004.
A calm hand and perfect work are necessary to create
those sweet works of art in the cook studios right
in front of the audience.
