The Xi’an city bid was supported by 80 Chinese master chefs, the China State Council, China Ministry of Commerce, Chine National Tourism Association and Government of Xian. The delegation promised to keep registration fees under US$1000 and their professional video presentation was a good show of the varied local and international cuisine available in the city.
