Master Chef Edward Leonard
A Tale of Two Dishes

 
Vice President of WACS and one of only 56 Master Chefs in the United States, Leonard is sought after for his highly motivational presentations on cuisine and being a chef. He prepared two dishes, one treated the plain asparagus three different ways (served with parmesan risotto) and the other was a straightforward Pan roasted Alaskan salmon dish, served with Choucroute and mustard cream.
