Kraal walked into the room with a disguise of bugs bunny teeth, called one of his ingredients ‘pork pussy’ and basically shocked his audience into laughter. On other days, he is the owner and operator of Le Bon Bolli, a have of fine food and wine in Christchurch, New Zealand.
