Since my election in Dublin I had worked at follows:

1. Work out of a structure for the European Country Members in very close cooperation and last also an agreement with
Fausto Arioldi Europe Southern Region and
Gissur Gudmundsson Europe Northern Region.

2. Send out this new structures to all European Country Members.
I had a big problem to find all the email addresses. Even if you take it from our WACS website you have to find out that when you are copy it you have to switch off the second part of the mail address. It was very difficult and took a lot of time. But now we have it.
There are still a few addresses wrong because they come back all the time. To this addresses I send the mail by post way.

3. Right after Dublin I worked out the proposal Gissur made and added some in my opinion important questions.

4. I also was sending out a letter to the presidents, which Fausto offered to us to use it. I was sending this to my Region Presidents.

5. During the Time I was sending Mr. Günter Fischer to Sibiria and to Monte-Negro and at both regions worked with the culinary leaders and culinary schools and we were trying to establish an Chef Association or Chefs federation.

6. We had contact to the Hungarian Chefs and were helping them to handle a smaller competition by working as Head-Judge.

7. I was working quite hard to get our WACS website in a shape I wanted and at least there was a good cooperation between Elena, Peter Knipp and me.

8. For several Nations I was coordinating trainers and culinary advisers for their teams. So I sent trainers and advisers to Egypt, to Cypres, Japan, and so on.

9.In March I visited the Culinary School ALMA close to Parma, Italy. At this school the Students are looking to become Masterchef of Italian Cuisine.

10. At least I was in contact some people to find a way how we could establish an International Masterchef of WACS.
I will give a result of my talks at the meeting and bring a proposal on the meeting table.
