We want the world to know who we are, and to conicide with the occasion of the 2004 Culinary Olympics, WACS has produced an official brochure explaining in brief what the organisation is about, who manages it and what our main activities are.
The document is now downloadable from this website in five languages. The English, Francais, Deutsch and Espanol versions are downloadable as a PDF document that prints in A5 size. The Chinese version is in HTML format.
