WACS Global Master Chef
The WACS Global Master Chef programme is currently under revision, therefore no new application requests will be accepted by the WACS Education Committee until after this process has been completed. All existing WACS Global Master Chefs will retain their titles, and will continue to be recognized by WACS for their great achievements. We look forward to offering a new and updated programme in the very near future to all our chef members across the globe.
We will continue to offer a modified Recognized Master Chef award for individuals who hold master chef certification from a recognized culinary institute / School. This title award has now been integrated into the Recognition of Culinary Professional award scheme which will be launched during the third week in December, 2011, and posted on the WACS web site under Education Programmes.
